Temp-To
Hire Staffing
Many employers
have found how beneficial and convenient it is to
hire their employees on a temp-to-hire basis. During
the temp-to-hire period, the employee is on our payroll.
In addition to having the services associated with
a Temporary-Contract employee, the employer has the
opportunity to evaluate the employee to determine
if there is a good fit and whether the employee can
accomplish the tasks for which they have been hired.
If at any time during this temp-to-hire period, the
employer decides not to continue the employee, the
employer simply notifies us. And likewise, the employer
has the option to bring the employee on their payroll
without paying an additional direct hire placement
fee after the trial period.
Temp-To-Hire reduces the
risk of harassment, wrongful discharge, discrimination
and other employee lawsuits, which sometimes occurs
when you discharge an employee. The employer can decide
to hire only the best employees and eliminate direct
hiring tasks. Even if you find the employee, you can
use our Temp-To-Hire option at a reduced cost.
