Elizabeth Pachard
Elizabeth has over twelve years
extensive and diverse retained, recruiting experience.
In 1989, Elizabeth joined Korn/Ferry in Los Angeles,
and was instrumental in the start-up and on-going
success of their Physician Executive Practice. She
recruited for a variety of position for both clinical
and management physician in Academic Medical Centers,
Teaching and Community Hospitals, Pharmaceutical and
Bio-technical Companies, Managed Care Organizations
and Professional Associations.
In addition to the six years
at Korn/Ferry, Elizabeth worked with retained recruitment
firms in both Seattle, Washington and Ann Arbor, michigan.
She conducted a vairety of middle management and senior
executive searches in Aerospace, Telecommunications,
Electronics, Wood Products, Information Technology,
Biotechnology and Health Care. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor's
degree in English Literature from London University,
England.
Elizabeth has a strong background
in marketing and research, and believes that detailed
research, and really listening to the client's needs
are the essence of a successful search and placement.
