Nancy Lea Speer
Nancy Lea Speer comes to NCC with
over eight years in executive and management staffing,
and many more years in the aerospace, engineering and
legal sectors. Most recently she was with a well-known
international firm, where she developed and oversaw
a large biotech staffing project. She is currently absorbed
in building the NCC Healthcare practice. With
a BA and a JD, her contacts and experience are impressive,
as is her knowledge of the Healthcare, IT, Engineering
and Legal industries. Her staffing expertise includes
project and recruitment management, business development
and account management/maintenance. Clients are consistently
pleased with her performance and return repeatedly
to work with her.
