operations and needs and the scope of the assignment.
We define each assignment clearly in writing, including
the time frame and anticipated fees and expenses.
Step 2: Research and Sourcing begins
when both NCC Insurance Search and our client formally
agree upon the specific definition of the position
and the attributes of the desired candidate. We anticipate
viable or optimal candidates by performing extensive
research on competitive companies and current industry
trends. We also identify and contact relevant networks,
associations, conferences and membership listings.
Step 3: Interview and Evaluation
takes place after our research and sourcing efforts
identify the best candidates. Candidates are interviewed
to determine their qualifications, personal suitability
and level of interest. NCC Insurance Search will also
conduct preliminary reference checks prior to client
interviews.
Step 4: Candidate Reports and Recommendations
are submitted only for the best-qualified candidates.
NCC Insurance Search will submit reports detailing
candidates' personal and business histories, as well
as our candid appraisal of their fit within the parameters
of the position.
Step 5: Client Interviews and Assessment
are streamlined. We arrange client meetings with candidates
and help evaluate the outcomes. This includes getting
answers to questions that may arise and arranging
subsequent meetings. When our client extends an offer
to a candidate, NCC Insurance Search navigates the
final steps in the process. We conduct in depth reference
checks. We work closely with our client and candidate
to coordinate the compensation package and start date.
We advise the candidate on separating fairly and firmly
with their current employer. We assist in the relocation
process and employment for a spouse.
